Better Free Time, AI for Podcasts, and B&W Beach

Perception and Planning

Howdy Beach People,

I’m in the Jacksonville Beaches area, working on my business plans for Q1 2024.

It’s in the high 60s and low 70s here. I’m finding it interesting how the weather is perceived by different people.

Last week in KS we had 12+ inches of snow and several of my morning walks were in 20-degree temps, so I’m loving it.

The locals seem to think I’m crazy not wearing a jacket. Visitors from South Florida are downright cold. FREEZING as one driver told me.

All of this is a great reminder for me about how everyone is at a different spot when it comes to growing and running their business. And their perception of what they need is also different.

That’s one of the things I love about my work - I get to meet people where they are and help them get to where they want to go. So if there’s anything I can do to help you make 2024 great, please let me know.

SEO vs Advertising. The Pros and Cons of Each

For many, the choice between using SEO vs Paid Advertising to promote their business boils down to Free vs Paid. But it’s more nuanced than that. This article outlines the pros and cons of each approach to help you make an informed decision for your business.
