As business owners, we like to try new things. We’re always looking for an edge to help us grow our business.
Our curiosity can lead to breakthroughs in our business. But it can also distract us from what’s already working.
“We used to do X and it was working really well for us. I don’t remember why we stopped.”
Does that sound familiar? It’s something I hear all the time when talking to clients.
Stay curious, but when you find something that works, systemize it so it continues to work - even when your attention waneders.
Maybe even double down on it before experimenting with something new.
