Sales Responsibility

Initially, clients come to us with work.

They have a project/problem/aspiration they want your help with.

After a client hires us for a particular project, it’s our responsibility to identify other areas where we can add value.

This means going beyond the initial scope and actively seeking out ways to support their broader business goals.

It’s also our responsibility to communicate the value of addressing these problems. Clients may not be fully aware of potential issues or untapped opportunities for growth.

It’s up to us to highlight these dangers and opportunities. To explain how our solutions can make a difference.

It’s easy to assume that clients will ask for help when they need it.

But if we want to be seen as trusted advisors, we need to lead.
